Refund policy

Kitchen Luxe allows returns of unused items in original packaging within 15 days for a full refund (to original tender with receipt) or a credit note after 15 days. Defective appliances have a 1-year warranty for in-store purchases and 15 days for online purchases.
Kitchen Luxe accepts returns of unused, non-customized, in-stock items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Used or damaged equipment, and custom-built products are generally not returnable. Return shipping is typically paid by the buyer unless due to damage.
Kitchen Luxe handles returns/exchanges for incorrect or damaged products if reported within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph. They typically offer credit notes valid for 6 months.
Kitchen Luxe states that refunds for free shipping orders will have the shipping cost deducted (5-10% of original order). They do not accept returns for used items unless defective. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
